Shohin JBP progression

This album will document(if I remember to take pics) the growth of a Japanese Black Pine into a Shohin. Let me first say that the very first picture of this tree is exactly how the tree arrived to me when I bought it...minus the glazed pot. It originally came in a plastic bulb pan. I repotted it into this type of pot to allow the roots to develop more horizontally than vertical. Since that repot I have not done anything except wire the main branches and letting it grow. Until the next picture or pictures to follow. Thought I needed to add this note-the pictures dated 6-24-08 on the progression of this tree is when I took the pictures. I took this tree to the study group in May as I didn't attend June's meeting. In short tree was worked in May, pics taken in June. See, told you if I remember taking pics :)
